Polymer Preparation System

Polymer (polyelectrolyte) Preparation System is an effective principle for both polymer and coagulant preparation. It mixes the polymer powder or viscous solution into a suitable, homogeneous concentration. Dillution unit (optional) can be used when solid concentration is high.

The equipment consists of polymer silo and preparation and dosing tanks. In the preparation tank, a homogeneous solution is made. A dosing pump (optional) feeds the polymer solution to the sludge dewatering machine or the water being flocculated before sedimentation or filtration. Complete system includes also PLC control panel. The complete package is installed on a steel frame.
